TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Information

JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, through its website www.entradas-toros.com, offers the purchase of tickets for bullfighting events internationally, with a special focus on Spain.

2. Website Management and Ticket Sales

The domain and ticket sales are managed by:

ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM (A company belonging to JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA.)

3. Payments

Immediate Payment

A 100% deposit of the ticket cost is required at the time of purchase, with no right to a refund.
The applicable price will be the one displayed on the website at the time of booking and will be accepted by the customer upon completing the online form.
If ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM fails to fulfill the agreement, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Pricing Policy

Prices on ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM are generally higher than the face value of the tickets.
The customer expressly accepts this price difference, given the high difficulty in acquiring tickets for major bullfighting events.
The final price shown on ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM also includes management fees, early reservation fees, shipping, and delivery costs.

4. Ticket Purchase Responsibility

A) Availability and Modifications

ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM reserves the right to modify prices, website structure, and general conditions without prior notice.
Modifications will only apply to contracts after the changes have been made.

B) Sales Policy

All sales are final. Cancellations or refunds are not allowed once the purchase is confirmed.
Tickets are subject to availability.
It is not guaranteed that multiple tickets purchased for the same event will be adjacent, although efforts will be made to fulfill this preference.

C) In Case of Ticket Unavailability

If, due to circumstances beyond ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM, tickets cannot be obtained after the purchase has been made, the website’s only obligation will be:

• Refund 100% of the amount paid.

• Offer tickets in a different category, refunding the difference if the new tickets are of lower value.

5. Event Changes and Refunds

Date or Time Changes

If an event is rescheduled by the organizer, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations

• If an event is canceled due to force majeure, weather conditions, or strikes, the full amount will be refunded.

• If the event is postponed but not canceled, no refunds will be issued.

• Once tickets are purchased, changes and refunds are not permitted, except in cases covered by current legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not allowed, in accordance with current consumer and retail commerce regulations.

Refunds for Canceled Events

The customer has 15 business days to request a refund for canceled tickets.
After this period, no claims or refunds will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for payment, within 3 to 15 days.

6. Ticket Delivery and Responsibility

A) General Provisions

ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM acts only as an intermediary for deliveries made by third parties.
It is not responsible for any failures by the shipping company.
Once tickets are handed over to the courier, responsibility lies with the shipping company.

B) Loss or Theft

In case of loss or theft, ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM will assist the customer in resolving the issue.
If the error is due to the website, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

C) Home or Workplace Delivery

If the customer provides an address different from their residence, ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM is not responsible for the delivery once it has been completed.

D) Hotel Deliveries

If tickets are delivered to the hotel reception specified by the customer, a signature or hotel stamp will be required as proof of delivery.
If the customer changes hotels without notifying ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM, no refunds will be issued for undelivered tickets.

7. Payment Methods

A) Credit/Debit Card (most common and secure option)

Payments are processed via the IBERCAJA virtual POS system.
ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM does not have access to customers' card data.
For security reasons, the system may take a few minutes to validate purchases.

B) Bank Transfer

Available for customers whose cards do not meet security requirements or who prefer this option.
Tickets are not reserved until the transfer payment is received, which may take up to 48 hours.
If tickets sell out before the payment is received, the full amount will be refunded.

C) Bizum, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

Available for customers whose cards do not meet security requirements or who prefer these options.

8. Revocation or Withdrawal

According to Article 3 of Directive 97/7/EC, this type of contract does not allow the right of withdrawal.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM reserves all intellectual property rights over the service and content published on the website.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

ENTRADAS-TOROS.COM may modify these terms at any time, whenever deemed appropriate.

11. Validity of General Conditions

If any clause in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions shall remain valid.

12. Claims and Jurisdiction

Any claims must be resolved legally in the courts of Spain.
